Overview
Welcome to VIVA Cruises TWO All Inclusive. “All Inclusive” means that you can sit back, relax and enjoy. Your physical well-being is taken care of with selected food and high-quality drinks. The attentive crew will spoil you with culinary delicacies, exquisite drinks. The cruise also offers relaxing care products from RITUALS. And if you do need a good connection, you can use our WiFi. The included tips ensure good connections elsewhere – especially to our on-board staff.
All cabins are equipped with Nespresso machine, flat screen TV and telephone, AC, hair dryer, private safe; free WiFi access, SPA bathrobes and slippers, high quality mattresses oozing comfort and style.
Evenings spent relaxing in the lounge area after a sumptuous meal, a great time to catch up with the group and reminisce on the days spent.
Itinerary Overview: Day 1 – Arrival in Munich, Passau
We will gather at the airport in the early morning to begin our journey with a scheduled flight to Munich, scheduled to depart at 07:15hrs. Our coach transfer will head to Passau where the ship is berthed. The embarkation/check in process will begin at 15:00hrs. Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the river before settling in for the evening.
Once everyone is onboard, we will get together for your first dinner on board this exclusive ship, marking the exciting start to your journey on this VIVA cruise.
Itinerary Overview: Day 2 – Vienna
After a hearty breakfast on board, sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery as we continue cruising along the Danube River towards Vienna. Relax and take in the peaceful landscapes as we gradually approach Austria’s magnificent capital.
Upon arrival in Vienna, we will head out on an excursion to discover the city’s imperial charm, elegant architecture and rich cultural heritage. After exploring Vienna, we return to the ship, where you can relax and enjoy the remainder of the day on board.
Itinerary Overview: Day 3 – Dürnstein – Melk
After breakfast on board, we continue our journey along the beautiful Danube, with two wonderful stops to discover the charm and history of the Wachau Valley.
Our first stop is Dürnstein, a picturesque riverside village known for its charming streets, historic architecture and beautiful vineyards. We will have time to explore and soak in the peaceful atmosphere before returning to the ship.
We then continue cruising towards Melk, home to the magnificent Melk Abbey, one of Austria’s most impressive Baroque landmarks. Here, we will enjoy an excursion to discover the town and its remarkable cultural heritage before returning to the ship and continuing our journey along the Danube.
Itinerary Overview: Day 4 – Linz on the Danube
After breakfast on board, we arrive in Linz, a vibrant city situated on the banks of the Danube. Today, we have the opportunity to discover this fascinating Austrian city and experience its blend of history, culture and modern life.
We will head out on an excursion to explore Linz, taking in its historic centre, beautiful architecture and riverside atmosphere. After our visit, we return to the ship to relax and enjoy the remainder of the day on board, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Danube.
Itinerary Overview: Day 5 –Passau, Munich
After breakfast, we disembark from the cruise in Passau and continue by coach towards Marienplatz in Munich, where we will have time to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the famous Christmas Market. Stroll through the beautifully decorated square, browse the traditional stalls and soak up the magic of the Christmas season.
After our time in Munich, we continue to Freising, a charming Bavarian town where we will enjoy a leisurely stroll through the historic village centre and take in its traditional atmosphere.
We then continue to Munich Airport, where we will have time to check in for our return flight, scheduled to depart at 20:00 hrs, bringing our wonderful journey to an end.
