Itinerary Overview: Day 1 – Arrival in Belgrade

We will convene at the airport at 13:15hrs to complete check-in procedures for our flight, scheduled to depart for Belgrade at 15:25hrs. Upon arrival in Belgrade, you will be greeted by your local tour guide in the arrivals area and escorted to the city center. From there, we will proceed to your accommodation for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or begin exploring the vibrant Serbian capital at your own pace. Overnight in Belgrade.

Itinerary Overview: Day 2 – Belgrade City Tour

After breakfast, we begin our Belgrade Sightseeing Tour with a visit to the magnificent Saint Sava Temple, the second-largest Orthodox church in Europe. Its breathtaking mosaics, grand dome, and beautifully decorated crypt offer an unforgettable introduction to the city.
As we make our way toward the city center, we pass Slavija Square, one of Belgrade’s largest and busiest intersections where seven streets meet. Continuing along King Alexander Boulevard, the oldest active street in the city, we will see Tasmajdan Park, Saint Mark’s Church, the National Assembly of Serbia, and both the Old and New Palace, each representing an important chapter in Serbian history.

Our tour continues at Republic Square, the main gathering place in Belgrade. Here, you will admire the National Theatre, the National Museum, and the iconic monument of Knez Mihailo, one of Serbia’s most significant rulers. From this point, we begin a pleasant walking tour along Knez Mihailo Street, the city’s bustling pedestrian zone filled with shops, cafés, and local charm.

This lively street leads us to Kalemegdan Fortress, Belgrade’s most prominent landmark, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers and see the famous Victor Monument, the enduring symbol of the “White City.”

Next, we transfer to Belgrade Waterfront and the impressive GALERIJA Shopping Mall. Located along the riverbank, Galerija offers a world-class leisure and shopping experience, featuring renowned international and local brands, a variety of cafés and restaurants with stunning river views, an expansive green rooftop, and extensive entertainment options.
You will have free time to enjoy shopping, lunch, or a relaxing walk around the beautiful Belgrade Waterfront.

Later, we return to your accommodation. Free time and overnight in Belgrade.

Itinerary Overview: Day 3 – Ovčar–Kablar Gorge & Transfer to Zlatibor

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and begin our scenic journey toward Zlatibor Mountain. Our route takes us through the stunning Ovčar–Kablar Gorge, considered one of Serbia’s most beautiful natural landmarks. This protected area, known as the “Serbian Mount Athos,” captivates visitors with its dramatic landscapes, rich biodiversity, pristine nature, and significant cultural heritage.

Upon arrival in Ovčar Spa, we will embark on a 1-hour boat trip along the tranquil waters of the Zapadna Morava River. This relaxing cruise offers exceptional views of the steep cliffs and peaceful surroundings of the gorge. During the boat ride, we will make a stop to visit Monastery Nikolje, the oldest monastery in the region, dating back to the 15th century. Nestled on the slopes of Mount Kablar, this sacred site is the only monastery in the gorge that has preserved its medieval architectural form, making it a treasured monument of Serbian spiritual heritage.

After the visit, we continue our drive to Zlatibor. Upon arrival, we will proceed to the hotel for check-in. A familiarization walk will take place. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Dinner and overnight in Zlatibor.

Itinerary Overview: Day 4 – Tara National Park & Drina River Wonders

After breakfast, we set out for a full-day excursion to Tara Mountain, one of Serbia’s most breathtaking natural treasures, located in the western part of the country. As one of Serbia’s five National Parks and often called the “lungs of Serbia,” over 70% of its landscape is blanketed in dense forest, creating a haven of fresh air, pristine nature, and serene beauty.

Our journey continues into the heart of Tara National Park, where a short, pleasant drive brings us to a round-trip walk leading to the famous Banjska Rock viewpoint. Known as the most stunning viewpoint in Serbia, Banjska Rock rewards visitors with an unforgettable panoramic view of the dramatic Drina River Canyon—the perfect spot to capture some truly spectacular photos.

We then enjoy a relaxing drive to our next highlight: the Vrelo River, the shortest river in Europe at just 365 meters long. This tiny yet charming river is affectionately known as “Godina” (Year) because it is exactly as long as the number of days in a year.

Our final stop is the riverside town of Bajina Bašta, nestled at the foot of Tara Mountain. Here, you’ll have the chance to see the iconic “House on the Rock”, perched in the middle of the Drina River—an image so unique and captivating that it once appeared on the cover of National Geographic.

After the visit, we return to Zlatibor Mountain and proceed to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Zlatibor.

Itinerary Overview: Day 5 – Zlatibor Gold Gondola Experience

After breakfast, we take a pleasant walk to the Zlatibor Gold Gondola, one of the region’s most impressive modern attractions. Since its opening, this remarkable panoramic gondola lift has been operating year-round, connecting the center of Zlatibor with its highest peak and the Tornik Ski Center, passing over the serene Ribničko Lake, where the Middle Station is located.

The 30-minute journey ascends roughly 530 meters, providing spectacular views of Zlatibor’s rolling hills, dense forests, and scenic landscapes. Recognized as the longest panoramic gondola in the world, the Gold Gondola has become a must-see attraction for nature lovers, skiers, mountaineers, and anyone seeking to enjoy an unforgettable aerial experience.

After the gondola ride, we walk back to the hotel. Free time to relax. Dinner and overnight in Zlatibor.

Itinerary Overview: Day 6 – Uvac Nature Reserve Adventure

After breakfast, we dedicate the entire day to exploring the breathtaking Uvac Nature Reserve, one of Serbia’s most extraordinary natural wonders. A scenic drive from Zlatibor brings us to Sjenica (Markova Ravan), the starting point of your unforgettable Uvac adventure.

We begin with a peaceful cruise along the famous Uvac meanders, where emerald waters carve their way through dramatic limestone cliffs. During the cruise, we visit the stunning Ice Cave. Here, we take a guided walk to admire the cave’s impressive formations—its glittering stalactites, stalagmites, and unique “cave jewelry.”

Afterwards, a short drive brings us to the beginning of our walking trail. From here, we set off toward the spectacular Molitva viewpoint, offering one of the most iconic panoramic vistas in Serbia. Overlooking the winding curves of the Uvac River, this viewpoint also provides the perfect opportunity to observe the majestic Griffon Vultures, a rare bird of prey whose population in the reserve is the second largest in Europe.

Following this inspiring experience, we drive back to Zlatibor and return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Zlatibor.

Itinerary Overview: Day 7 – Excursion to Višegrad, Bosnia & Herzegovina

After breakfast, we depart Zlatibor and make our way across the border into Bosnia & Herzegovina, heading toward the historic town of Višegrad. Our main highlight here is the magnificent Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge, an architectural masterpiece built in the late 16th century by the renowned Ottoman court architect Mimar Koca Sinan, under the order of Grand Vizier Mehmed Paša Sokolović.

This UNESCO-listed bridge is a hallmark of classical Ottoman monumental architecture, featuring 11 elegant stone arches spanning between 11 and 15 meters, as well as a distinctive right-angled access ramp with four additional arches on the river’s left bank. Stretching 179.5 meters across the Drina River, the bridge reflects the refined engineering, symmetry, and artistic harmony that characterize Sinan’s greatest works—often compared to the achievements of the Italian Renaissance.

After exploring this culturally and architecturally significant landmark, we return to Serbia and continue our drive back to Zlatibor. Upon arrival, we are dropped off at the hotel. Free time, followed by dinner. Overnight in Zlatibor.

Itinerary Overview: Day 8 – Departure from Serbia

After enjoying your final breakfast in Serbia, it is time to say goodbye to this beautiful and welcoming country. Take a moment to reflect on the unforgettable landscapes, cultural treasures, and warm hospitality you’ve experienced over the past days. At the scheduled time, your guide will accompany you to Nikola Tesla Airport, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transfer for your journey home. Flight home is scheduled at 12:35hrs.
