1st August – Malta – Croatia via Zagreb
We meet our Tour Leader at the Malta International Airport at 8am to check in for our flight operated by Ryanair departing for Zagreb at 10am. On arriving our coach will drive us to our hotel in Zadar. Along the way, we will make a short stop in Karlovac known as the ‘city on four rivers’ due to its location at the confluence of the Kupa, Korana, Mreznica and Dobra rivers. Upon arrival at our hotel in Zadar we will check in and go for a familiarisation tour of Zadar. Zadar is a picturesque coastal city, which offers a rich tapestry of historical, cultural, and natural attractions. After visiting the main attractions in Zadar, we will experience a unique musical phenomenon at the Sea Organ, an architectural sound art installation. Waves interact with underwater pipes, creating mesmerizing melodies. Adjacent to the Sea Organ, marvel at the Greeting to the Sun, a solar-powered light installation. After sunset, the circular installation illuminates in vibrant colours, providing a captivating spectacle. Dinner and overnight.

2nd August – Kornati Islands

This we will experience in the ‘nautical paradise’ of Croatia Kornati Islands. This archipelago consists of around 140 islands, islets, and reefs, located in the northern part of the Dalmatian coast. Explore the pristine beauty of Kornati islands by embarking with us on a boat tour as we navigate through the labyrinth of islands, discovering secluded coves, hidden beaches and turquoise bays surrounded by the azure Adriatic Sea. We will learn about the islands’ rich history, diverse wildlife, and geological formations from our knowledgeable guide as our boat goes around the archipelago, stopping at picturesque anchorages and marinas along the way. While listening to the gentle lapping of the waves and feeling the cool gentle breeze we will be served lunch creating unforgettable memories and tantalising our taste buds with Dalmatian culinary delights. Time to dive and snorkel in the clear crystal waters before we complete another unforgettable experience in one of Croatia’s most enchanting destinations.
