Itinerary Overview: Day 1 – Arrival in Lourdes
Our tour leader will meet you at the airport departure hall at approximately 09:00hrs for your flight which is scheduled to depart for Toulouse at 11:15hrs, marking the start of a truly enriching experience. Once you arrive in Toulouse, you will be welcomed aboard our comfortable coach to embark on a picturesque drive through the beautiful French countryside making your way to Lourdes. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel which you will find is well situated within the heart of Lourdes, just a short walk away from the main attractions. Your rooms will be ready for you to unwind and settle in, preparing for the spiritual and breathtaking adventure that lies ahead.
Itinerary Overview: Day 2 – Via Sagra – Pont D’Espagne – Pyrenees National Park
After a delicious breakfast, we will partake in a mass that is celebrated in one of the charming, peaceful churches or chapels near the sacred Grotto. This serene moment of worship will set the tone for the day, after which we will embark on the spiritually enriching Via Sagra pilgrimage. Once we complete this profound journey, our group will come together for a memorable photo in front of the stunning Basilica—capturing a special moment from our time in Lourdes. We will head back to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon we set off on an unforgettable excursion to the breathtaking Pont d’Espagne, nestled deep within the Pyrenees National Park. As we venture through the majestic mountains, you will be in awe of the spectacular landscapes, from verdant valleys to the sight of roaring waterfalls cascading down at thrilling speeds. After soaking in the beauty of nature, we’ll return to the hotel to unwind and enjoy a relaxing dinner, reflecting on the day’s remarkable experiences.
Itinerary Overview: Day 3 – Gavarnie
After breakfast, we will celebrate mass in one of the serene churches or chapels near the sacred Grotto, a peaceful moment of reflection to start the day. The rest of the morning will be yours to enjoy at your own pace, offering the perfect opportunity for personal visits to the heart of Lourdes. Lunch will be served at the hotel, and in the afternoon, we will embark on a picturesque excursion to the charming village of Gavarnie. Along the way, we will make a stop at the iconic Pont du Napoleon, which offers truly breathtaking panoramic views. Upon reaching Gavarnie, we take a leisurely walk through its stunning natural surroundings, offering a chance to connect with the beauty of the landscape. Early evening we head back to the hotel for a relaxing dinner. The day will conclude with a deeply moving candlelight procession at 21:00hrs, where pilgrims come together, each holding a lit candle and reciting the rosary as we follow the statue of the Madonna, creating an unforgettable spiritual experience.
Itinerary Overview: Day 4 – Basilica of Saint Pius X – Grotto of Massabielle
After a hearty breakfast, at 9:30hrs, we will join thousands of pilgrims from all around the globe for the awe-inspiring International Mass, held in the magnificent underground Basilica of Saint Pius X. This deeply moving experience is filled with powerful scenes of devotion and unity, creating memories to last a lifetime. We’ll then return to the hotel for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Grotto of Massabielle, the sacred site where Our Lady appeared to Saint Bernadette Soubirous. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore the spiritual heart of Lourdes or simply enjoy in its serenity. Our day will end with a delightful dinner at the hotel, a perfect way to relax and reflect on the day’s experiences.
Itinerary Overview: Day 5 – Les Piscines – House of St Bernardette – Departure
After breakfast, we will watch an engaging and inspiring short film that delves into the profound message of Lourdes, offering deeper insight into the significance of this sacred place. Following this, you will be given free time to revisit the sites that resonate most with your personal journey. Lunch will be served at the hotel. In the afternoon there will be enough time to visit the Baths (Piscines), explore the House of St. Bernadette, say the rosary, or make a final visit to the spiritual site before it is time to depart for the airport. Your flight is in the evening and therefore there will be plenty of time for this. At the designated time you will board the bus and head to Toulouse Airport for the flight scheduled to depart to Malta at 18:00 hrs.

Price does not include:
- City Tax €3.60 per person per night
- A donation of €10 per person is collected by the tour leader upon arrival in Lourdes. This contribution will cover the celebration of three masses in any one of the available churches or chapels in Lourdes. This amount will also include the short film about Lourdes (all of which are mentioned in the programme and organized by the tour leader with the tourist office in Lourdes).
