Embark on your exciting journey, as we will convene with our Tour Leader at Malta International Airport at 13:30hrs to check-in for our onward journey. The flight is scheduled to depart at 15:30hrs for Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia.

3rd May – Itinerary Overview: Day 2 – Arrival in Kuala Lumpur:

You are scheduled to arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 14:25hrs, where you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative. We will proceed with a comfortable coach transfer to the hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival, we will check in and settle into the rooms. The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after your journey or begin exploring the city at your own pace. Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.

4th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 3 – Kuala Lumpur – Malacca (Melaka):

After breakfast, we will depart to Malacca, accompanied by a local guide. This charming city, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is steeped in rich history and cultural heritage. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a local lunch featuring regional specialties. Afterward, you will check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, we will set out to explore Malacca’s vibrant historic center. Visit the iconic Dutch Square, where the red-brick Christ Church and Stadthuys showcase Dutch colonial architecture. We will discover the Queen Victoria Fountain, the remnants of the Portuguese Porta de Santiago, and the atmospheric ruins of St. Paul’s Church. A stop at the Sultanate Palace Museum offers insights into the city’s pre-colonial past. We will end the day with a leisurely river cruise, offering scenic views of Malacca’s historic waterfront. 5th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 4 – Cultural Village Experience – Return to Kuala Lumpur:

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off on a fascinating cultural excursion to a traditional Malaysian village. This enriching experience offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the daily life, customs, and warm hospitality that define rural Malaysia.

Upon arrival at Kampung Cantik, we will learn about the rubber tapping process and explore the diverse applications of palm oil, one of the country’s major exports. As you journey through the surrounding area, you will pass through charming villages with stilt houses and be introduced to a variety of exotic fruits and spices such as nutmeg, curry leaves, lemongrass, durian, and mangosteen. Nearby, observe a rice field, cultivated seasonally, and later visit a traditional Malay home where you will discover age-old customs and traditions still alive today. During your visit, enjoy mineral water and fresh pineapple as refreshing treats. Following the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant en route back to Kuala Lumpur. Upon your return, explore the vibrant Chinatown district, known for its narrow lanes, aromatic spice shops, and bustling markets. Be sure to experience the lively Jalan Petaling Street, and visit Sri Mahamariamman, the oldest Hindu temple in Kuala Lumpur, as well as Sze Ya, a significant Taoist temple. Next, we will head to Merdeka Square, the symbolic heart of Malaysia’s independence. Surrounded by colonial-era architecture, the square offers a glimpse into Malaysia’s historical journey. We will end the day with a photo stop at the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, a striking symbol of modern Malaysia. Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.

6th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 5 – Leisure Morning and Kuala Selangor:

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the morning at your own leisure to relax or explore Kuala Lumpur independently. In the afternoon, we will depart for Kuala Selangor. En route, we will make a stop at the impressive Batu Caves, where you will climb 272 steps to reach the largest Hindu sanctuary outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan, the son of Shiva and the god of war. This sacred site attracts thousands of pilgrims annually during the vibrant Thaipusam festival.

Later we will continue the journey to the peaceful suburbs of Kuala Selangor and embark on a tranquil boat ride along the Kuala Selangor River in Kampung Kuantan, home to one of the world’s largest firefly colonies. Witness the magical glow of thousands of fireflies illuminating the mangrove trees—a truly enchanting experience. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner at a local seafood restaurant, savoring fresh regional specialties. Return to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur for an overnight stay.

7th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 6 – Journey to Taman Negara – Immersed in Tropical Wilderness:

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and depart for Taman Negara, one of the oldest tropical rainforests in the world, estimated to be over 130 million years old. Get ready to immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty and rich biodiversity of this pristine natural heritage. The journey to the National Park winds through scenic landscapes and offers beautiful views along the way. Expected arrival at Mutiara Taman Negara will be in the afternoon, where you will complete registration followed by a delicious lunch. After checking into your hotel, enjoy some time to relax. Dinner is included this evening, followed by an exciting Night Jungle Walk led by an experienced nature guide. This immersive experience offers a captivating look into the rainforest’s nocturnal wildlife. Overnight stay in Taman Negara.

8th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 7 – Taman Negara Adventure – Jungle Trekking & Tahan River:

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before joining fellow guests for a guided jungle trekking adventure. Explore the lush rainforest as you trek to the famous Canopy Walkway and ascend Teresek Hill, all accompanied by a nature guide. Later we will return to the hotel for a relaxing lunch.

Afterwards we will gather in the hotel lobby for a group excursion along the Tahan River. This scenic boat trip offers the chance to admire giant ancient trees, enjoy a refreshing stop at the Lata Berkoh waterfall, and take part in fish feeding at a protected sanctuary. Afterward, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Taman Negara.

9th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 8 – Taman Negara – Cameron Highlands Escape:

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and depart for the scenic Cameron Highlands, a lush hill station located at 1,542 meters above sea level. Known for its cool climate and colonial charm, this highland retreat once captivated British settlers with its refreshing air and picturesque landscapes. En route, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and take a break to admire the beautiful Lata Iskandar Waterfalls, a perfect photo opportunity surrounded by tropical greenery. Arrive we arrive in the Cameron Highlands in the late afternoon and we will check in at the hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax and enjoy the serene mountain atmosphere. 10th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 9 – Exploring the Beauty of Cameron Highland:

After breakfast at the hotel, set off on a guided tour of the Cameron Highlands, a serene retreat known for its cool climate, rolling tea plantations, and verdant landscapes. Your day will include visits to vibrant strawberry farms and the renowned BOH Tea Plantation, where you will learn about the tea-making process and enjoy panoramic views of the lush estates. Enjoy a local lunch during the tour, then spend the afternoon at your leisure—relaxing or exploring more of the picturesque Cameron Highlands at your own pace. Overnight stay in the Cameron Highlands.

11th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 10 – Cameron Highlands – Ipoh – Penang

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and set off toward the vibrant island of Penang. On the way, we will make a stop in Ipoh, the capital of Perak, to visit the stunning Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple—a unique Chinese Buddhist temple set within a limestone cave, complete with tranquil gardens, intricate statues, and a serene ambiance. We will also enjoy a local lunch in Ipoh, a city celebrated for its flavorful cuisine and colonial-era charm.

We will continue our journey to Penang, and as we approach the island, take the opportunity to capture photos of the iconic Penang Bridge—one of Southeast Asia’s longest bridges and a spectacular gateway to the island. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay in Penang.

12th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 11 – Cultural Treasures of Penang – Temples, Heritage & Hilltop Views:

After breakfast at the hotel, begin the day with a visit to the iconic Kek Lok Si Temple, also known as the Temple of Supreme Happiness—one of Southeast Asia’s largest and most magnificent Buddhist temples. Perched on a hillside since 1890, the temple showcases a remarkable fusion of Chinese, Thai, and Burmese architectural influences, featuring the impressive 30-meter-high Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddhas and a towering statue of the Goddess of Mercy (Kuan Yin).

Then, take a ride on the funicular train up to Penang Hill, rising 800 meters above sea level. From the summit, enjoy sweeping panoramic views of George Town and its surroundings. The cool breeze and scenic vistas provide a refreshing contrast to the bustling city below. Afterwards, savor a local lunch, sampling some of Penang’s famous cuisine.

In the afternoon, set out to explore the historical heart of George Town, the capital of Penang and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Established in 1786 by Captain Francis Light on behalf of the British East India Company and named after King George III, the city is celebrated for its colonial architecture, multicultural heritage, and vibrant street life. City tour highlights include a photo stop at Fort Cornwallis, the historic site where Sir Francis Light first landed in 1786. You will also enjoy a stroll along the famous “Street of Harmony”, a powerful symbol of Malaysia’s cultural and religious diversity. Along this single street, you will find an Anglican church, the Kuan Yin Chinese temple, the Sri Mahamariamman Hindu temple, and the Kapitan Keling Mosque—all standing proudly side by side in peaceful coexistence. 13th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 12 – Penang – Orangutan Island – Return to Kuala Lumpur:

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and begin the return journey to Kuala Lumpur, with a meaningful stop along the way. We will visit the Bukit Merah Orangutan Rehabilitation and Research Centre, a one-of-a-kind facility in Peninsular Malaysia devoted to the care, rehabilitation, and conservation of orangutans. A short boat ride across the lake brings you to Orangutan Island, where these incredible primates live in a semi-wild habitat. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe their natural behavior up close while gaining insight into the center’s vital efforts to protect this endangered species. After the visit, enjoy a scenic lunch by the lake, immersed in the peaceful surroundings. Continue your drive to Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax after the day’s journey. Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.

14th May – Itinerary Overview: Day 13 – Kuala Lumpur – Free Day & Departure:

Start your day with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace—whether you prefer to unwind at the hotel, take a final stroll through Kuala Lumpur’s lively streets, explore its iconic shopping destinations, or pick up last-minute souvenirs, make the most of your final moments in this dynamic city. In the evening, check out from the hotel at 22:00hrs and transfer to the airport for your departure.

Your return flight is scheduled to depart at 02:00hrs on the 15th of May via Dubai, bringing your unforgettable Malaysian journey to a close.
