Itinerary Overview: Day 1 – Arrival in Heidelberg
We will meet at the airport at 12:00hrs to complete check-in procedures for our flight, scheduled to depart for Frankfurt at 13:55hrs. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, we will be transferred to Heidelberg for check in formalities. Once everyone has settled in, the tour leader will take the group on a city tour.
Itinerary Overview: Day 2 – Stuttgart
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Stuttgart, the capital of Baden-Württemberg and one of Germany’s most dynamic cities, known for its rich automotive heritage, thriving cultural scene, and picturesque setting among rolling hills and vineyards. Upon arrival, enjoy a walking tour of the city, taking in some of Stuttgart’s key landmarks and learning about its history, architecture, and transformation into a modern center of innovation. The tour concludes at Königstraße, the city’s bustling main shopping boulevard and one of Germany’s longest pedestrian streets, lined with shops, cafés, restaurants, and lively public squares.
Later in the day, those interested may join an optional visit to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, a world-renowned destination that offers far more than a traditional museum experience. Set within a striking architectural masterpiece, the museum showcases over 130 years of automotive innovation through an exceptional collection of iconic vehicles, from the earliest motorcars and legendary Formula One racers to rare concept cars, luxury limousines, and vehicles used by royalty, heads of state, and global celebrities. Interactive exhibits and immersive displays provide a fascinating insight into the engineering breakthroughs, design excellence, and pioneering spirit that have shaped the Mercedes-Benz legacy. Following the visit, we will return to the hotel.
Itinerary Overview: Day 3 – Rothenburg ob der Tauber
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the enchanting medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, one of Germany’s best-preserved and most picturesque destinations along the famous Romantic Road.
Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour through its most renowned landmarks, including the historic Market Square with its impressive Town Hall, the charming cobbled streets lined with half-timbered houses, the well-preserved medieval town walls, and the iconic Plönlein, one of the most photographed spots in Germany. As you stroll through the town’s fairy-tale setting, discover its rich history, unique architecture, and centuries-old traditions that transport visitors back to the Middle Ages.
Following the tour, enjoy free time to explore the quaint shops, cafés, and local attractions at your own pace before we head back to the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the historic city of Würzburg, a charming destination set along the banks of the Main River and renowned for its rich cultural heritage, Baroque architecture, and centuries-old wine-making tradition.
Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour through Würzburg’s most famous landmarks, including the magnificent Würzburg Residence, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its opulent interiors and grand staircase, the historic Market Square, the impressive Würzburg Cathedral, and the iconic Old Main Bridge, offering picturesque views of the city and surrounding vineyards. As you explore the city’s charming streets and architectural treasures, discover the fascinating history and cultural significance that have made Würzburg one of Bavaria’s most beloved destinations. Following the tour, enjoy some free time to explore at your leisure before we head back to the hotel.
Itinerary Overview: Day 5 – Baden-Baden and New Year’s Eve Celebration
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the elegant spa town of Baden-Baden, beautifully situated at the gateway to the Black Forest.
Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour featuring some of its most iconic landmarks, including the charming Christkindelsmarkt, the magnificent Kurhaus with its grand architecture and renowned casino, the historic theatre that has been a centre of cultural life since the 19th century, and the elegant Trinkhalle, celebrated for its striking frescoes and connection to the town’s spa traditions. As you stroll through the city’s picturesque streets and squares, discover the unique blend of history, culture, and timeless charm that makes Baden-Baden one of Germany’s most distinguished destinations.
Following the tour, we will head back to the hotel to prepare for the end of the year celebration.
Itinerary Overview: Day 6 – Happy New Year – Europa Park
After a relaxed breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure—or, for those seeking excitement, we invite you to join an optional excursion to one of Europe’s most beloved attractions: Europa-Park.
Located in Rust, Germany, Europa-Park is the largest theme park in the country and a favorite destination for visitors of all ages. The park is renowned for its unique concept of themed zones, each representing a different European country, beautifully designed with authentic architecture, cuisine, and entertainment. With over 100 attractions, from thrilling roller coasters and family-friendly rides to spectacular live shows and immersive experiences, Europa-Park promises an unforgettable adventure. Whether you’re chasing adrenaline or enjoying the charming ambiance of each themed land, there’s truly something for everyone. Enjoy the park’s diverse dining options, offering everything from traditional German fare to Mediterranean delights, and browse the many shops for one-of-a-kind souvenirs to remember your day.
This optional excursion is a fantastic opportunity to add a magical experience to your journey and create lasting memories in one of Europe’s top leisure destinations. In the evening, we return to the hotel.
Itinerary Overview: Day 7 – Departure
After our final breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for our journey home. With our flight scheduled to depart at 13:30hrs, there will be time to complete check-in procedures before we bid farewell and begin our journey home.
